Our Journey Since 2017
Established in 2017, Aspire Pool Solar Heating was founded by Paul and Michael Carroll after identifying a significant gap in the Australian pool heating market. At the time, rigid one-piece solar panels were largely imported and not designed to resistant Australia’s demanding environmental conditions. Frustrated by unreliable products and inconsistent service standards, they set out to create a system built specifically for local climates.
Proudly Australian owned, operated, and manufactured, Aspire designs modular rigid solar panels engineered for long-term performance in harsh conditions. Our systems are built to handle real-world exposure while remaining efficient, practical to install, and suited to both residential and commercial applications nationwide.
Innovation, Sustainability & Reliability
Using advanced polymer technology, we developed a modular solar panel system designed to resist hail impact, cockatoo damage, and the common leak points that affect traditional heating systems. Our patented tube-to-manifold bonding process, combined with triple-seal male and female connections secured by camlock technology, enhances structural integrity and ensures long-term watertight reliability.
Sustainability underpins our operations. Our manufacturing facility operates with a 180kW on-site solar system, generating approximately 80% of our annual electricity usage, and all panels and components are fully recyclable at the end of their service life.
